Data controller
The controller for data collected through comoovie.com is North Quiver (CoMoovie). For any request about your data or your rights under EU Regulation 2016/679 (GDPR), write to privacy@northquiver.com.
What data this site collects
This site is a showcase: it has no accounts and no login. Only three categories of data are processed:
- Navigation statistics (Google Analytics 4), active only if you accept the banner: pages visited, navigation events, browser and device type, identifiers in
_gacookies. Google uses your IP address only to derive a coarse location and does not store it. - What you write to us by email (address, message content): used only to reply to you.
- Technical preferences stored in your browser (localStorage): chosen language and consent choice. They never leave your device.
Purposes and legal bases
- Anonymous statistics to improve the site — consent (Art. 6.1.a GDPR), revocable at any time via “Manage cookies” in the footer.
- Replying to your messages — pre-contractual measures at your request (Art. 6.1.b).
- Hosting security (technical server logs) — legitimate interest (Art. 6.1.f).
Recipients and transfers
- Google Ireland Ltd. — Google Analytics 4; any transfers outside the EU are covered by Standard Contractual Clauses and the EU-US Data Privacy Framework.
- Hosting provider (OVH, European Union) — the server behind these pages.
No data is sold or used for advertising.
Retention
- Google Analytics data: 14 months, then deleted automatically.
- Email: for as long as needed to handle your request.
- Browser preferences: until you delete them (or via “Manage cookies”).
Your rights
You can request access, rectification, erasure, restriction, objection and portability of your data by writing to privacy@northquiver.com. You can withdraw consent to statistics at any time via “Manage cookies” in the footer. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with your data protection authority.
The platform
The CoMoovie app (app.comoovie.com) has its own privacy notice, available inside the platform: it covers accounts, generations, billing and AI providers.
